Do exercise regularly

We all know that physical activities that will make you feel more comfortable and have a better health. Do more exercise can bring those things to you. I don’t mean that you must go to gym every day to do exercise, don’t need to  have a high intensity exercise to build up your muscles (if you want to do this type of exercise, it’s great). But for people who don’t have enough time or they just want to sweat out a bit they can do jogging, running, cycling or even walking their dog after work. Before jumping into the gym, please spend time finding out the best method, the schedule that fit with your timetable. I love walking or cycling around my area in the afternoon, I can sightsee, listen to music and stop to take some selfies, it’s amazing. But when I have more spare time, I and my girlfriend often go to a place call “Lang Dai Hoc” to catch some fresh air and stay away from the noisiness of the city. If you don’t enjoy above activities, let’s join in dance, yoga clubs these can make your mood better.

Chit chat with someone

It’s go without saying that talking and sharing are also great ways to relieve your stress level and improve your mood. By sharing your stories to people that you believe, they will give you helpful feedback, their point of view because they are outsiders of your story so they have a bigger picture than yours. Remember to find a positive person to share with, when you feel stress you need someone to cheer you up not one to drag you down.

Get enough sleep

A good sleep is just as important as regular exercise and a healthy diet. Make sure you get enough sleep because “maintaining a sleep routine is important for your body and brain”. So remember to have a good night’s sleep

Don’t consume caffeine late in the day: Obviously caffeine is a substance that make you awake so don’t use it in the evening. In a study, consuming caffeine up to six hours before bed still significantly worsened sleep quality.

Try to sleep and wake up at consistent hours: Designate for yourself the time you need to turn in, and when you will get up every day. By fixing your bedtime your biological clock will working properly and your health will be better.

Don’t stare at your phone too much: Blue light emitted from your electrical devices such as your phone, laptop, tablet, computer which is a type of light that the brain interprets as daylight. So if you want to fall in asleep please put down your phone (or even better if you put it away from your bed).

Time management

Another thing you have to know, how to manage your time. Everyone is often stressed when they fear that they’re running out of time to accomplish something. Don’t worry, let’s try creating a work or study schedule for yourself; you can split specific tasks, the things you need to do immediately and the things you will do. Managing time appropriately will help you feel comfortable and focus on your work and study. I highly recommend you all to read “80/20 pareto principle”.

Don’t be distracted

In the digital world today we can easily access to every corner on earth just by tapping on your phone. Internet brings tons of convenience to our life but sometimes “too convenience” is also a factor of stress. Have you ever try to do something but suddenly you hear a notification from your phone, you stop your job to check the phone and… 30 minutes later you still stare at it. Eventually, you feel disappointed about yourself and stress will come. So please stay away from your phone and other electrical devices when you are working or studying.

Let’s improve ourselves every single day little by little. By applying these tips, I believe that stress will be wiped out of your life. Good luck to all of you guys.
